Coding has always caught my fantasy since I can remember seeing people code and has always been something I’ve been so afraid of doing to avoid failures. My curiosity deepened by time and I decided to feed on it. you remember this saying “curiosity kills the cat” yeah? Well, I’m glad to tell you that I’m Victoria and not a cat. it didn’t kill me! I did it, I started the journey as a frontend web developer by learning in Codevixens Academy. I’m still learning but I got to understand that it is as easy as A,B,C if you have the will and there is continuous practice. Even if you get to a time it seems clumsy, you will come around it.

It’s been more than a month and I’m getting better thanks to the flexible way Codevixens deployed in teaching us. It’s a virtual platform of learning but it was highly maximized and managed by the organizers to allow students to make mistakes, be corrected and allow to grow at their own pace without dragging the general class back. Sometimes, the assignments can be overwhelming but I guess that encourages discipline and enhances growth at the same time so it is needed to push students.

My experience so far has on different waves, I started feeling like giving up, then I got whatever got me confused and I tell myself to continue, lose some sleep sometimes, that’s a difficult one for me though because I LOVE sleep. I’m growing, and that’s one thing that keeps me going, so you can call me a tech girl. Lol.
